  • 200 g fresh ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken or pork broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 4 slices chashu pork
  • 2 sheets nori seaweed
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp bamboo shoots

Method
